Were are we?
Hostel Magnolia is located in the beautiful Mediterranean town of Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava.
It is situated only 150 meters from the beach in one of the quietest areas of the town and is very close to the emblematic little cove called Sa Caleta and the Castle which crowns its magnificent beach.
The hostel is only 700 meters from the historic centre of the town where you can visit its lovely church, Sant Romà, a gothic church with renaissance influences. We are also 500 meters from the tourist office, the Sea Museum and the busy commercial centre of the town. You can also find the new Lloret Casino and the Municipal Theatre within 400 meters.
The unique location of Hostel Magnolia allows you to enjoy the seaside promenade, the beach and the peacefulness of this area while, at the same time and thanks to the hostel’s proximity to the town centre, enjoying the numerous services and activities offered by our town.

How to get to Hostel Magnolia?
By car:

From the A7 motorway: take exit 9A and get on highway C-35 until you reach highway C-63 and turn in the direction of Lloret de Mar, which will be marked.

From Barcelona: get onto highway C-31 in Barcelona and take exit 7 to highway C-32 in the Mataró/Girona direction. After about 46 klm. take the exit marked “Palafolls/Santa Susana/Malgrat/Blanes/Lloret de Mar/Tossa”.
- An alternative to the C-32 route is to take the A7 motorway or the coast road N-II which will lead you to highway GI-682 (B-682).

By train:

Lloret de Mar, privileged enclave.
Lloret de Mar is situated in a privileged enclave which has, within a less than 100 klm. radius, a number of interesting places to visit. At 6 klm., you can visit the town of Blanes with its colourful fishing and sports port. The fishing village of Tossa is only 11 klm. away and the medieval town of Besalú is but 70 klm. You can also visit the famous Dalí Museum which is in Figueres 78 klm. to the north and, of course, the magnificent cathedral, historic centre and ancient Jewish quarter in Girona, only 42 klm. distant. The nature park of Montseny is 59 klm. from Lloret and the curious mountains and working monastery of Montserrat is located 100 klm. inland. And finally, and certainly most importantly, the capitol of Catalonia, the magnificent city of Barcelona with over two thousand years of history. Walk along the world-famous Rambles, visit the historic centre and marvel at the incredible genius of the Catalan architect Antoni Güell by visiting his most C-emblematic structures; the Sagrada Familia, the Batlló house, the Pedrera and the Güell Park. Also, you can visit the fun and interesting Spanish Village and the beautiful Palace of Music and to say nothing about the numerous museums, parks and gardens for you to enjoy…only 75 klm. away.
